This disclosure supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (collectively, "CCPA").

• Professional or Employment-Related Information: Job title, role within company (as voluntarily provided)
• Inferences: Business capacity needs and eligibility assessments derived from submitted information

• Directly from you through our pre-qualification form and email correspondence
• Automatically through website tracking technologies
• From publicly available business databases for verification purposes

• Evaluating pre-qualification submissions
• Providing and improving our services
• Communicating with prospective clients
• Ensuring website security and preventing fraud
• Complying with legal obligations

Sale and Sharing of Personal Information

GNR8 Capital does not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.

Your California Privacy Rights

As a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we have collected, used, disclosed, and sold about you
• Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions
• Correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you
• Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing of your personal information (we do not sell or share, so this right is automatically satisfied)
• Non-Discrimination for exercising your CCPA rights
• Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information to purposes necessary to provide services (we do not collect sensitive personal information as defined under CCPA)

How to Submit a Request

To exercise your rights, you may:

• Email us at privacy@gnr8capital.com with the subject line "CCPA Request"
• Include your full name and the email address associated with your submission so we can verify your identity

We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days. If we need additional time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period (up to an additional 45 days).

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require written proof of the agent's authorization and verify your identity directly.

Retention

We retain personal information for 36 months from the date of collection or as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for additional details.
